Our roasting system is at the cutting edge of technology and features PLC controls.

It precisely follows the data entered regarding temperature, quantity and production speed, which is calculated according to years of experience. Particular care is taken over the roasting and selection processes, which along with our highly experienced quality control staff enable us to supply a uniformly coloured product.

During the cooler months of the year, generally from October to March, we also offer chocolate coated Piemonte Hazelnuts: a real treat for the taste buds!

• Big box with a single polythene bag of 20 Kg. Not vacuum packed.
