Nut creams
These products combine the flavour of nuts with the sweetness of sugar
and the qualities of the vegetable bases.
Bonito: milk and hazelnuts for a captivating flavour;
Tris: an exciting blend of flavours from the length and breadth of Italy:
PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts, Almonds from Brindisi and Pistachios from Bronte;
Walnut Cream: in a smooth version or with chopped nuts,
recapturing the country flavours of yesteryear;
Pine Kernel Cream: to satisfy the most demanding of palates;
Coconut Cream: just what you need to add a touch of the exotic to your products.
Available in two versions:
FOR ICE CREAM, to flavour or variegate an ice cream base,
or for melting to create flakes or a crunchy coating;
FOR CONFECTIONERY, in a filling or thermostable version
to be added to the product before baking.
These creams can be mixed with your choice of products:
Chopped nuts, praline chopped nuts or broken nut pieces,
small biscuits, broken wafers, small sugared almonds or whatever else takes your fancy!
